The Challenge
The Royal Danish Embassy needed modern multimedia equipment across three rooms — a conference room and two smaller training rooms. Each room required a complete presentation system with an interactive whiteboard, projection and audio, all intuitive enough for diplomatic staff to operate independently.
The conference room posed an additional challenge: a structural pillar in the centre of the room restricted visibility of presentations for some participants. Furthermore, installation in a diplomatic facility demanded that all cabling be routed inside existing walls and ceilings — completely concealed, without compromising the interior aesthetics.
Our Solution
In each of the three rooms we installed a Quomo interactive whiteboard with a Sanyo short-throw projector and a mini PC as the signal source. Audio was provided by two wall-mounted speakers connected to an amplifier discreetly integrated with wall-mounted AV connection panels.
In the conference room, where a central pillar obstructed visibility, we added an LCD monitor with a video splitter duplicating the whiteboard image — ensuring all meeting participants have a clear view of every presentation. All cabling was routed inside existing walls and ceilings, achieving a completely concealed installation.
Scope of Work
Room equipment (×3):
Quomo interactive whiteboard with Sanyo short-throw projector. Mini PC as signal source. Two wall speakers with amplifier integrated into wall-mounted AV connection panels.
Conference room & installation:
Additional LCD monitor with video splitter solving the restricted visibility behind the pillar. Complete cabling routed inside walls and ceilings — fully concealed installation.

The Result
The Embassy gained three fully equipped rooms with an identical, consistent multimedia system — Quomo interactive whiteboards, Sanyo short-throw projection and professional wall-mounted audio. In the conference room, an additional LCD monitor with a duplicated image resolved the restricted visibility behind the pillar.
All cabling concealed inside walls and ceilings ensured aesthetics befitting a diplomatic facility. Embassy staff operate every system independently and intuitively, while the discreet integration of amplifiers with wall-mounted AV panels allows any signal source to be connected quickly without calling a technician.
“Planer Studio perfectly understood the specifics of working in a diplomatic facility. The multimedia installation in our conference and training rooms has been running flawlessly since day one, and the concealed cabling and discreet mounting fit the character of the Embassy perfectly.”
